Thank you for supporting handmade creations from Wild & Joyful Creations. Each piece is carefully handcrafted and packaged with care from Perth, Western Australia.

Processing Times

As all items are handmade, please allow approximately 2–5 business days for order processing and packaging before shipment. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Australian orders are shipped via tracked postal services.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, peak periods, weather conditions, and postal carrier delays.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

Estimated international delivery times:

New Zealand: 5–9 business days
USA & Canada: 6–14 business days
Asia: 6–14 business days
Oceania/Pacific Islands: 8–20 business days
Europe & UK: 7–18 business days

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees that may apply in their country.

Wild & Joyful Creations is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Tracking Information

Tracking is included on most domestic and international orders. Tracking updates are provided by the postal carrier and may occasionally experience delays between scans.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Wild & Joyful Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control. While we will always do our best to assist with tracking enquiries, we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes.

Handmade Product Notice

All products are individually handmade and may feature slight variations in colour, crystal formation, wire placement, bead arrangement, and artistic detail. These natural variations are part of the uniqueness and character of handmade creations and are not considered defects.
